How to cheat on a construction project

This article was written not to follow but just chalked the things
that should be avoid in building projects that can be detrimental to
various parties for personal gain, these are not good things that may
occur and must be avoided in building project environment.
• Tender / auction that is not fair
Bidding process or auction of government projects should be done
fairly so that all bidders can compete and develop each project well.
• Exceeded calculation of the volume of buildings or building materials
Preparation of project budget must be compatible with the actual
building, with no greater the value of the calculated volume of
building construction projects to increase profits.
• Fake Work Pictures than the actual field conditions.
Preparation of working drawings in excess of the actual conditions
such as size or the addition of certain materials to increase the
volume and wholesale prices can indeed increase the benefits of the
projects, but this way is a way of cheating on a building project that
must be avoided.
• Reduction of usage material
Reducing the use of materials such as cement or steel in buildings can
provide greater benefits, but this way is not a good way or include a
way of cheating because it can be fatal. For example, reduction of the
quality specifications of building structures which can lead to the
collapse of buildings.
• Cutting the rights of workers
Cutting workers' rights by can save on operational costs and provide
more benefits, but it was a way of cheating in building projects.
• Preparation of reports that do not correspond to actual conditions.
Financial reporting of project operations that do not correspond to
actual conditions can indeed provide cost advantages.
• The building that is not according to plan
For example in terms of reduction in the form of buildings or building
measures in order to get the rest as an additional cost advantage is a
way of cheating on the building project.
And many other ways of cheating in a building project that was
certainly the ultimate goal is "LOOK A LOT MORE BENEFITS" , but there
are limitations that must be taken to ensure that benefits of the
projects is a treasure blessing that can make the company thrive
without trouncing various problems as a result of fraudulent conduct
in the way of building projects.
There are many good ways of building projects that can be done to
increase profits as: Contractors innovate, for example in terms of
project, a methods that can save time and effort required to complete
a work item, or perform value engineering that does not harm the owner
of the project.
